When you diagram a sentence, you can see how the parts of the sentence are grammatically related. It's also really addictive because it's fun. :) In the linked lessons below, I'll walk you through how to diagram some popular sentences.

Diagramming your sentences with a paper and pencil works really well, but if you'd like to diagram them on the computer, I recommend this sentence diagramming software. (Note that this service used to be free, but there is now a small fee required.)
